An update for our community.
 
  Dear valued JOURNIE member,  
 
  Many of us count on fuel and convenience services every day, and this doesn’t change in light of global events.

We want you to know that our teams are working hard to manage the impacts of COVID-19 and we are focused on providing you the essential services you rely on without interruption. As you know, this situation is fast moving and we are taking the required steps to keep our facilities open and creating a safe work environment for our customers and team members.

We are closely monitoring recommendations from public health organizations such as Health Canada, the World Health Organization and government agencies. We trust these organizations to make the right decisions at the right time and are paying attention to their advice.
 
 
 
 
 
 
  To that end, we are taking the following measures and precautions to make sure our employees, customers, and communities are safe and taken care of:  
 
 
  We are ensuring best practices for cleaning both inside and outside all locations. This includes increased scheduled cleans, additional sanitizing of customer touch points, and continuing to require proper hand washing procedures for all staff.
 
  We have asked all employees to stay home should they experience COVID-19-like symptoms or feel under-the-weather in any capacity.
 
  We will do our best to help you find what you need by keeping stores stocked with high-demand products.
 
 
  This is an ever-changing situation which we are monitoring very closely. We are focused on providing you with the products and services you rely on and will be updating you as the situation evolves.

We also understand that you may be self-isolating and may not have the opportunity to visit us to fuel your vehicle or visit one of our convenience stores. You may have a JOURNIE Reward waiting for you and self-isolating won’t allow you to visit us and claim it. Therefore, we are extending our JOURNIE Rewards offers to 90 days during this time to ensure you don’t lose out.

*You will see this change reflected in the JOURNIE app or at journie.ca within the next few days.
